Blake Brdak Chosen as Drum Major #58

Blake Brdak is a rising senior hailing from New Baltimore, Michigan. He is a Computer Science and Engineering major enrolled in the College of Engineering with a minor in Music.

Before coming to Michigan, he marched in the Anchor Bay High School Marching Tars, where he served as Field Commander his junior year and Drum Major his senior year.

Blake is a three-year member of the MMB trumpet section, serving as a Rank Leader last season. In 2021 and 2022, he marched as a member of the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps.

Additionally, Blake is an active brother of Kappa Kappa Psi, the National Honorary Band Fraternity, and a member of the Michigan Basketball Band.

Blake is supported by his parents, Brian and Heather, and his younger sister Karly.
